Pseudo papillary and solid tumor of the pancreas: a rare tumor and a difficult diagnosis

Abstract
The pseudopapillary and solid tumor of the pancreas is a rare disease that accounts for 2% of pancreatic tumors. It affects mainly young, female adults. The clinical features are not specific, hence the diagnostic difficulty and the importance of imaging. The diagnosis is based on pathological examination coupled with immunohistochemistry.
The aim of our work was to report the difficulty of the diagnostic procedure in a patient with a pancreatic cystic tumor.
