Abstract
Abstract :
Pachydermoperiostosis or primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy is a rare disorder with autosomal inheritance. It is characterized by finger clubbing, periostosis and sometimes skin changes as pachydermia. It occurs more commnly in young and male subjects. An underlying disease as cardiac, pulmonary or liver diseases has to be excludesd in front of any hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
We report the case of a 24 year-old man presenting an incomplete form of PDP. The familial search revealed a similar case in the sibship.
