Main Theme: From Artificial Intelligence to Practical Intelligence in Scientific Writing
Best Tunisian Medical Publication Award (5000 TND):
- Original article published between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
- Published in a Q1 journal (Scimago ranking) relevant to the article’s field.
- The candidate must be the first author, must register for the congress, and be present at the award ceremony.
- The work must have been conducted in Tunisia by Tunisian researchers (All authors must be based in Tunisia).
- The article must be in the field of medicine.
- Submission deadline: November 9 at midnight.
Selection Criteria:
- Impact factor (IF) according to Scimago.
- Weighted impact factor = IF / Maximum IF in the article’s field.
- Weighted number of citations as of the jury meeting date = (Number of citations on Scopus + Number of citations on Web of Science) / 2
Overall score = (Weighted IF × 10) + (Weighted citation count)
Abstract Submissions:
- All accepted abstracts will be published in La Tunisie Médicale.
- Submission deadline: November 9 at midnight.
Abstract Requirements:
- Clinical cases are not accepted.
- Must be written in English, structured as:
- Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Maximum of 250 words, only one table or figure allowed.
Abstract Selection Criteria:
- The abstract addresses a relevant issue in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, or STEM fields applied to medicine.
- Clear and appropriate methodology.
- Clear presentation of results.
- Conclusions supported by study data.
Authors:
- Maximum of 6 authors allowed. Any additional authors will be automatically removed.
- Each author's first and last name must be written in full, with the first letter capitalized: Firstname Lastname.
Important Dates:
- Author notifications: Expected by November 27.
- Non-compliant abstracts will be automatically rejected.
- All accepted abstracts must be presented as a 5-minute oral presentation at the congress.
To be published, the abstract must:
- Be presented at the STSM 2025 congress according to the official schedule.
- Have the first or second author registered for the congress.
- Each registered author may present a maximum of 3 works.
Note: No presentation certificates will be issued.
Publication Date:
- Abstracts will be published in the January 2026 issue of La Tunisie Médicale.

- Participation in 6 workshops (Certificate of MasterClass awarded for attending 6 scientific writing workshops)
